Lydden Hill – The Next Round – August 19/20th

The next round of the Casa Lambretta British Scooter Championship is at ever popular Lydden Hill Circuit near Dover.

Lydden is just 1 mile long and probably the best circuit on the calendar for spectators.  The circuit is virtually in a natural ampitheatre and you can see 90% of the circuit from most places so its easy to follow the whole race.

Lydden always promotes close racing by the very nature of the circuit where there are short straights and a variety of bends.

This year we will be welcoming back our Italian friends from sponsors Casa Lambretta who will be bring some special machinery and riders. Lydden is well suited to the Italian machines and riders so expect to see some special riding skills on display.

In addition to the normal BSSO race sequence there will also be the very special Memorial Race held annually to remember riders we have lost .  This is a unique race  that everyone wants to win and features a mixed grid of all classes and is always a spectacular race.

With a large BSSO entry this is always one of the best meetings of the year for spectators and riders alike.
