We are delighted to announce, the BSSO Annual General Meeting and Awards Dinner will be held on 18th November 2017.

This year our awards will be held with BHR

MENU-CHOOSE ONE FROM EACH COURSE

Chicken liver pate with onion chutney.

Leek and potato soup.

Trio of melon with ginger syrup

Main

Steak pie with mash and steamed vegetables.

Roast supreme of chicken with traditional gravy and seasonal vegetables.

Seared fillet of Scottish salmon with dill crushed new potatoes, saffron, shallot and

Citrus cream.

Vegetarian option

Butternut squash and cannellini bean risotto with watercress and roasted

Beetroot chips.

Dessert

Apple crumble tart with custard

Dark chocolate torte with vanilla cream

Lemon tart with raspberry coulis.
